I needed an emergency locksmith service and after a long fruitless search and a friend's tip, I found it here. On Friday around 1 PM, I was told the price and arrival time over the phone, which was punctual and adhered to after prior phone notification. The technicians were very friendly and competent and were able to reliably solve my key problem in a short time. Thank you very much, great service and absolute recommendation from my side.

Service, support, and assistance very poor! For repairs, it was said we will send the parts, please install them yourself - where does such a thing exist, please? Ultimately, a (good) external service was indicated. Of course, we had to call there ourselves. The sale of the system was no problem at Häfele, that went quickly - but afterwards... Service, even over the paid "hotline" (only during office hours, of course...), terrible!
